I use a 17\" flex
fan. I don\'t have ac but I do have a plow pump. The spacer I use is 2 1/2 long. My rad was moved forward to make more room in the engine compartment. As long as you have @ 1 inch clearnce between the
fan and the rad it should be fine. What I had done was I bought 3 spacer kits and returned the ones I didn\'t need.
Measure the total distance between the rad nose and the rad. Then subtrat 1 1/2 inch. That the rest of the distance should be in the correct depth for the space you could use. Just make sure the
fan clears the pullys. You should only need @ 1/2\" away from the closest pulley because the flex
fan flexs forward.
